Keith is an extremely skilled lake swimmer from the Toronto Beaches area. He has done year round cold plunges for fun and charity over the years. Keith has worked as a swimming instructor for Felix Swim school where he led many competitive drills. Keith has also given many free lessons to underprivileged children in PPL building pools around the city or Toronto.

Keith has worked the past two years for YMCA charity organization giving lessons to babies and children ages 3 to 16, and adult lessons. He is also a certified Aquafit instructor.

Keith loves the water and teaching water safety to all!!

Ava is a certified National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor with seven years of competitive experience swimming for the Toronto Swim Club. She received the Aquatics Award in both elementary and middle school and was captain of her high school swim team, where she coached and led her relay to the OFSAA provincial championships. This is her second year lifeguarding and teaching at the Lawn, where she now serves as Assistant Head Lifeguard. Ava is known for her fun, personalized coaching style that builds confidence and skill. She’s currently pursuing a double major at Western University as a Hellmuth Merit Scholarship recipient.

Chiara is a passionate and experienced swim instructor with over 7 years of teaching under her belt. For the past six summers, she has been a valued member of the aquatics team at the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club, where she has worked with swimmers of all ages and abilities. With a competitive swimming background from the Toronto Swim Club, Chiara brings a strong technical foundation to her lessons. As a certified First Aid and Lifesaving Instructor, she leads the club’s Bronze program, training and certifying participants in lifesaving skills and preparing future lifeguards. Whether she’s helping young children feel comfortable in the water for the first time or working with advanced swimmers on stroke refinement, Chiara combines patience, skill, and professionalism to help every swimmer reach their goals. She currently pursing a Master of Science in Laboratory Medicine at the University of Toronto.
